- I'm a 78 year old former elementary school teacher and a perennial wanna-be cartoonist. A comic strip idea, complete with setting and cast of characters, came to me unbidden 56 years ago. I have shared it with others with some publishing success. I even had an opportunity to have an audience with Charles Schulz, creator of "Peanuts" and he actually liked my work! Now I invite you to look at the samples I am posting and let me know what you think.
